ATLANTA, GA (USA) – 8 January 2018 – Author, essayist; blogger; publisher; founder of Urban Book Editor LLC (urbanbookeditor.com); and blog talk radio show host Michele A. Barard will bring her quick wit and infectious sense of humor to IN SEARCH OF FATHERHOOD®, a blog talk radio show aired by the TRIBE Family Channel ™ Network on Saturday, 13 January 2018 from 3:00 P.M. (E.D.T.) through 4:30 P.M. (E.D.T.). Ms. Barard, a New Orleans native, is a graduate of Agnes Scott College where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. She applied her studies while living abroad in Mexico and Central America. During that time, Ms. Barard also pursued additional cultural study of African Traditional Religions. After returning to the States, she continued with her graphic design career, received additional certifications, and provided technical training to corporate, education, and government clients. In 2012, Ms. Barard founded Urban Book Editor LLC, a company serving authors of urban literature in need of professional writing and editing services. She recently relocated to the Los Angeles metro area where she serves her clients through writing, editing, training, and coaching.
Barard, who brings a multi-cultural perspective to her articles, essays and literary writings, has written and contributed to both non-fiction and poetry books. She is a co-author of 20 Beautiful Women, Vol 3 and author of Editing Your Book for Self-Publishing: A Practical Guide for Authors. Writing under her pen name, Michelle Bishop, she published Love & Other Monsters, a book of poetry examining love from the perspectives of three women at different stages of life. Ms. Barard also is the host of “Somewhere in the Middle with Michele Barard”, a podcast exploring life, love, family, culture, politics, and spirit, that is part of TRIBE Family Channel’s network of shows.
